CAN I COME TAKE A TOUR?

Yes! We would be delighted to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event. We will ensure we schedule a time with you when we don’t have events.  You can book a 30-minute private tour on the website.

 

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM NEEDED TO BOOK INFLATABLE EVENTS & STUDIO?

A 25% deposit is required to secure the venue for your selected date and time. This payment is processed once you choose your package, date, and time. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

 

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN MY DEPOSIT BE RETURNED?

We require a $200 incidental fee to be refunded following your event, provided there is no damage to the space and you adhere to your scheduled time. This will be sent via a separate link following your confirmed booking. Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours after your event, provided that there is no damage to the space and that you did not exceed your allotted time. ​

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards. We can also suggest and offer financing options for all events, including repasts. 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION?

Once your deposit is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your venue reservation.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All sales are final. Once you are booked, there is no refund of money upon cancellation or rescheduling. If you need to cancel, we can issue you a Building Credit. Building Credits must be activated within 1 Year from the day you made your initial booking. Your Building Credit is only valid for 1 Year from the date of your original booking.

CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE CATERING?

You are free to bring your food or a caterer. If you need a caterer, we have a list of recommended caterers to choose from. But we do not require you to use anyone on that list.

 

INFLATABLE EVENTS STUDIO HOURS OF OPERATION:

Inflatable Event Studio is available for events Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. We are available by appointment only, so please contact us to schedule a visit.

 

HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT?

Bookings can be made in person at the building, or we can send you a link to complete the booking online.

 

CAN WE COME IN EARLY TO DECORATE?

You are allowed access to the event space when your time block starts. If you know you will need extra time to decorate, please ensure you include this time in your chosen time block. When your time block begins, we will have all your tables, chairs, tablecloths, and charger plates set so the room will be ready for you or your vendors to decorate at that time.

CAN THE DECORATOR PUT DECORATIONS ON THE WALL OR CEILING.

No decorations or items can hang on or attached to the walls, ceiling, or floors.

 

DO YOU ALLOW CANDLES?

Yes, as long as they are housed in containers taller than the candles to catch the wax and prevent the flames from being exposed. Battery-operated candles are suggested and preferred.

 

DO YOU ALLOW ANIMALS?

Except for service animals, we do not allow animals.

 

DO YOU HAVE A CATERING AREA?

Yes, Inflatable Event Studio provides a prep Kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, rolling ice cart, and counter space.

 

CAN WE COOK OUR OWN FOOD AT THE BUILDING?

Inflatable Events & Studio provides a prep space. Our venue prohibits cooking, so the prep space is ideal for prepping food before serving. Caterers or restaurants should be prepared to bring food in hot to keep it warm for your event.

 

CAN WE BRING IN FOOD FROM HOME OR DO A POTLUCK?

You are welcome to bring your food, including homemade items. Please note that Inflatable Events & Studio does not provide plates, napkins, flatware, or wait staff; food must be already prepared.​
